National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
This private nonprofit organization offers an interactive tool online that allows users to generate a Health Plan Report Card, with information on the quality of health plans and products based on performance in five key areas and overall accreditation. hprc.ncqa.org/index.asp

Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).
